David Ellis
David Ellis first entered the mortgage industry in 2017. Prior to that, he was a partner in a niche printing business that provided marketing materials to realtors. Relationships established in this business seeded his network and the subsequent transition to the mortgage industry.
David received a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Business. He then spent approximately 20 years working with various investment banks in New York City. Given this background, David earned his reputation as a “numbers-oriented thinker.” David’s thought process allows him to best compare rates and strategies for his borrowers. He especially enjoys working with first-time buyers and helping them navigate the mortgage process.
“I view this as a 24/7 job and I am available any time,” David says. “I even prefer working off hours- nights, weekends- as this is generally better for the clients and provides less distractions for all of us. Please don’t hesitate to call.”
